1. Principle of water pressure switch: After boiling water, after the water enters the film cavity from the right, the film is pushed up, and the circular space along with the film moves upward, thereby pushing up the upper moving contact and moving upward, closing with the fixed contact above, the circuit forms a loop, and starting heating. After turning off the water, the water pressure in the adhesive cavity disappears, the adhesive film, circular spacer, and moving contacts fall back, the fixed and moving contacts are disconnected, the circuit is disconnected, and heating is stopped.

2. Principle of water flow switch (Hall element type):

After water is turned on, a force is generated due to the flow of water, which is converted into a force on the water flow terminal (magnet). The terminal is flushed up. After reaching a certain position, the magnet inside it acts on the Hall element on the side of the pipeline to conduct it. The microcontroller instructs the thyristor to conduct, and the circuit generates a loop and starts heating. After the water is turned off, the terminal falls back under the action of gravity, the Hall component is turned off, the microcontroller commands the circuit to be disconnected, and heating is stopped. When a bubble enters the water circuit, due to the unstable gas in the water, the force applied to the terminal is unstable, the terminal moves up and down therein, the effect of the magnet on the Hall element changes frequently, and the output irregular pulse microcontroller makes a judgment to stop heating immediately, thereby protecting the heating element from being burned.

How to repair plastic faucets?

Cleaning:

1. Do not wipe the faucet directly with a wet towel;

2. Do not wipe the faucet with burrs;

3. Do not let the faucet touch acid and alkali liquid. You can spray neutral detergent on a soft cloth and gently wipe the faucet;

5. Wipe with a dry soft cotton cloth.

Maintenance:

1. Usually, you can spray car wax on the faucet surface for 3-5 minutes and wipe it to maintain the brightness of the faucet sample;

2. It is best not to touch directly with your hands, because oil stains on your hands can easily touch the faucet surface, which is not easy to clean, affecting the finish;

3. Change the position of the faucet sample frequently;

4. The faucet sample can be replaced frequently, and the following two methods can be taken:

A. Change the sold faucet sample into a new box to take it away for the customer;

B. Change the sample with the company's goods, and the company's delivery staff will send the sample to the consumer's home to install.
