In the fourth round of the Champions League in the early hours of Wednesday morning, Arsenal will go to an away game to challenge Slavia Prague. Before this game, Gunners forward Trossard talked about related topics. We don't have too many differ...
We don't have too many different feelings about Arsenal being the favorites
I think we've been in contention for the title over the last few years. I feel like we're on the right path, but there's still a long way to go. We want to win every game and that's our attitude.
About speaking out on the court
I think it’s more of a feeling. On the court, I am very vocal and always try to help my teammates.
About wearing long-sleeved jerseys
I have always liked to wear long-sleeved jerseys, although this style has not been popular in the football world for a long time. But when I was younger I wore them a lot too. I love how snug they are and it makes me feel a little nostalgic.
Regarding the problems with the schedule
I think there are indeed problems. Obviously it depends on who determines the schedule before the season. They should have known that this was going to happen, a lot of players have mentioned that there are too many games so they should have some idea of that and we need to deal with that now.
While this is not an ideal situation, players must recover well and utilize all available factors to compete.
On how to keep teammates motivated as a senior player on the team
I think everyone has to be vigilant at all times, especially in this club.
About my favorite position
Currently I think it is the left winger position, and I have continuously performed in this position. I am always ready to play anywhere in the frontcourt and if the manager wants me to play in a certain position I will do it.
About playing with Calafiori
I think Calafiore’s unpredictability is his characteristic and he can play freely in that position. I can pass him the ball without looking and I know he's going to be there.
About my contract issue
Obviously I still have two years of contract, and we will see what the club wants by then. I'm very happy at Arsenal, it's a great club.
