Currently, the company has 12 factories in Singapore with more than 4,300 employees, making it the largest foreign-funded aerospace and defense employer in Singapore.
Singapore is RTX's third largest commercial layout market outside the United States.
Since 2024, RTX has launched a number of major investment projects in Singapore, including the relocation of its Collins Aerospace Corporation (about S$320 million) to relocate its Singapore factory to the Serita Aviation Park.
She said that RTX will continue to bring significant value to the local ecosystem in the next few years.
This cooperation roadmap covers key areas such as advanced manufacturing, maintenance and overhaul, artificial intelligence and innovation, talent and skills development.
The two parties signed this cooperation agreement on Wednesday (June 18), reflecting the long-term mutually beneficial cooperative relationship between RTX and the Economic Development Bureau and further consolidating Singapore's position as a key node of the RTX global operation network.
