It uses tomatoes, celery, nine-layer towers, ginger, garlic and other ingredients to increase the flavor, and consider the adult human body type. The hot demand per kilogram is about 25 to 30 calories, and a package of about 1,800 calories is specially designed. The dietary fiber also reaches 14 grams of calories per 1,000 calories recommended by the National Health Administration.

Shu Yifang, a nutritionist at the North Rong Nutrition Department, said that proper feeding of fruits and vegetables can help reduce chronic disease risks. According to the "EAT-Lancet" committee, the plant-based diet can prevent about 11 million adult deaths every year. Studies have also proved that eating vegetables can reduce cardiovascular diseases, cancer, obesity, blood fat, etc., and increasing fertility intake can improve gastrointestinal diseases, such as constipation, prevention of diverticulosis and kidney cancer.

Zeng Fenling said that the content of the set menu is to choose high-quality staple foods, such as red quinoa maize, purple rice, sesame glutinous rice, whole maize toast and miscellaneous meal packs; the protein sources include edamame, bean bread, tofu, and beans, and eggs, milk, egar, cheese, etc., which eliminate the public from worrying about the lack of protein in vegetables.
